6 cinnamon sticks
1. Preheat oven to 175ºC.
2. Remove the apples cores and put them right, standing, on a baking tray.
3. Insert a cinnamon stick in each apple.
4. Fill each apple center with sugar.
5. Finally sprinkle each apple with a little Port wine an add some water to the baking tray and a lemon zest.
6. Bake for 20 minutes.
